    Location

    Located on the pleasant rue Jean Beausire, this apartment is on the edge of the Marais and only two steps away from the Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful 17th century squares in all of Europe. The famous brasserie Bofinger is at the end of the street.

    From the hip rue des Francs Bourgeois to the old Jewish Ghetto in the rue des Rosiers, the Marais is one of the most lively and historic areas of Paris, bustling with galleries, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Many attractions which you will want to see are within walking distance or a short Metro or Velib ride including Place de la Bastille, the Picasso and Carnavalet museums, Notre Dame, Louvre, Opera and the Pompidou Centre.

    Metro lines 1, 5 and 8 are readily accessible at Bastille, St Paul and Chemin Vert.

    Building/Access

    On the first floor (no lift) of a buidling with two seperate access codes, this apartment will charm you with it's exposed original timber beams and stone walls. Spacious, entirely renovated and refurbished and rounded off with a simple, private terrace on which to sit and sip your breakfast juice or evening aperitif, depending on the weather!

    Accommodation

    A small hall brings you into the apartment and the open and fully equipped kitchen is on your left. The living/dining room is next and here the furniture is top quality and includes two comfortable single beds which together form a couch. The bedroom has a double bed and large wall closets for all your luggage.

    The terrace is accessible from the bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and is independently accessible from a small hall way The WC is separate.

    In conclusion, this apartment has a great location and flexible accommodation for 2 adults with 1 or 2 children, a couple and 2 singles or maybe 3 singles.

For most of our apartments, if your proposed rental period is a minimum of 5 nights and a maximum of 1 month, you can confirm a booking by paying the requested booking deposit directly through our website without having to submit an enquiry/booking request. When you select one of these apartments and dates that are available, you will be offered the option of booking directly online and you can then fill in your personal details and continue to your dedicated customer space to pay the deposit and confirm your reservation.
