    Location

    This apartment has an exceptional location - on the border of the 6th and the 7th arrondissements with one foot in Saint Germain and the other in Montparnasse. The surrounding residential neighbourhoods are elegant and upmarket and you are very close to the Rodin museum, Ecole Militaire, Les Invalides, Luxembourg Gardens and of course the Eiffel Tower. A short Metro ride will take you to most of Paris' other landmarks.

    This location will also suit shopping oriented visitors to the city. As well as an amazing range of local bakeries, cremeries etc, the most famous names in fashion and interior furnishings have their shops on nearby rue de Rennes and Le Bon Marche, Paris's most exclusive department and food store is on your street!

    The closest Metro stop is Vaneau (line 10) but Sevres Babylone (lines 10 and 12) and Duroc (lines 10 and 13) are five minutes walk.

    Building/Access

    This apartment is in a beautiful historic building with a superb interior courtyard. The apartment is on the fourth floor (no lift) and is secured with firstly a code fand then an intercom. The apartment has been entirely renovated and has top quality furnishings and decoration.

    Accommodation

    This 55m2 apartment is on two levels and starts at the lower level with a living room with a fully equipped American kitchen. This room overlooks the Neker hospital buildings and enjoys a superb view on the Eiffel tower.

    The first bedroom, on the same level, has two single beds. The second, on the first floor, has a king sized double bed (180cm x 200cm). The bathroom has a very nice Italian tiled shower

    This apartment is superbly furnished, very pleasant and enjoys a great location, just two steps away from Le Bon Marche.

    Note

    STGE09 and STGER47, which can accommodate six and seven guests respectively are in the same building.

For most of our apartments, if your proposed rental period is a minimum of 5 nights and a maximum of 1 month, you can confirm a booking by paying the requested booking deposit directly through our website without having to submit an enquiry/booking request. When you select one of these apartments and dates that are available, you will be offered the option of booking directly online and you can then fill in your personal details and continue to your dedicated customer space to pay the deposit and confirm your reservation.
